Liverpool had to wait till the last minute of the game to get an edge over Newcastle United who took the lead earlier in the game through Alexander Isak from a stunning strike.

Liverpool responded on the resumption of half time as Firmino put the reds level from a sweet pass from Mò Salah, he was also involved in the second goal to give Liverpool all three points.
