Chelsea have reached an agreement with Aston Villa for the transfer of Carney Chukwuemeka for a fee in the region of £20m. He has been given permission to go to London to begin his medicals tomorrow. Although he still had a year left on his contract with Villa, they were willing to let him go once the price was right. He has been described as one of England's best youngsters. This Chelsea new transfer move is currently 18 and has played for England under 19 team, he made the team of the tournament during last month's Euro under 19 tournament. He sure will do well with a bright future ahead of him.
