Latest Transfer News: Chelsea signs Wesley Fofana for £70m

 Chelsea have completed the signing of Wesley Fofana from Leicester for a sum in the region of £70m with an additional £5m in add-ons. Fofana has signed a seven-year deal with Chelsea. 
Fofana made a statement on social media saying he has come to Chelsea to win.
