 Mildah Magaia bagged a brace for Banyana Banyana to win the game by 2-1.

Moroccan Rosella Ayane’s got the reducer but it was not enough to secure the trophy.

South Africa joins the league of those who have won both the Afcon and Awfcon. The Bayana Bayana have come close severally both to no avail, they were edged out by Nigeria in 2018 finals.

Morocco got to their first final of the competition but need to wait two years for a shot at the trophy.
