U17 Women World Cup-Nigeria Faces Giants

 Nigeria’s Get Stiff Opponents at the 2022 U-17 FIFA Women World Cup

The Nigeria female under 17 team known as the Flamingos have been drawn in Group B alongside Germany, New Zealand and Chile ahead of the 2022 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup scheduled to hold in October this year in India.
The official draw took place today (Friday) at the FIFA headquarters in Zürich, Switzerland.
The Flamingos best record was a Quarterfinal finish in (2010, 2012 and 2014).
This is Nigeria’s 6th appearance at the competition.

Hosts India Grouped With Brazil, Morocco, USA in Group A
Group A: India, Brazil, Morocco, USA.
Group B: Germany, Nigeria, Chile, Australia.
Group C: Spain, Colombia, Mexico, China.
Group D: Japan, Tanzania, Canada, France.
